The Tax Litigations and Criminal Tributary Law Department, with the joint collaboration of accountants and lawyers, provides our clients technical and legal assistance in the attention of inspections and other proceedings before national, provincial and municipal tax entities in issues related to taxes, duties and social security claims assuming the defense of such matters before the National Tributary Court, the Tributary Court of the Province of Buenos Aires and in legal lawsuits. Also, this department offers advise in tributary criminal procedures and tax credit revision processes in bankruptcy lawsuits.
